Still, a made cut and a top 30 from Mickelson would not surprise me. Far from a sure thing
Mickelson looked pretty solid. I think he’s still got it, maybe a top 100 PGA Tour pro. That would put him at about SG 0 range. I see that Datagolf rated him accordingly in the US Open projections so I don’t foresee any large anomalies in the Datagolf projections going forward.
I don’t think he’ll win another major but winning another tour event doesn’t seem to be outside the realm of possibility. I do expect a few more made cuts and the occasional high finish.
