We can manually enter up to 3 players into a 3-ball that DG doesn’t list and I have been using this for 3-man nationality bet tracking, but when there are 4+ players for nationalities/groups/six shooters there is no way to track these, and with each book offering different groups it’s pretty much impossible to track these live and you just have to wait until everything settles to see if you won or lost.
Just asking for an expansion of the matchup tracking tool to allow more players to be added for easier bet tracking.
On the group stuff I enter it into the Prop Tool with the names of who you’ve bet against in the bet description bar. Same for nationalities but don’t list every opponent obviously. Not ideal for each way stuff I guess but don’t find it particularly time intensive.
I’m echoing this suggestion. It would be cool to see the Matchup and 3-Ball Betting categories allow for an arbitrary number of players. It doesn’t feel like there’s an inherent difference between how a 2-man matchup, a 3-ball, a 5-man group get, and a six-shooter function.
If I’m betting on something like Top American, it’s easier to track it as a Prop Bet and grade it manually. But it’s cumbersome to list all player names in a group bet, and then have to find each individual player on the leaderboard to grade the bet.
Yes, I agree there isn’t any fundamental reason we can’t handle more players.
I can’t promise much on this front—the bet tracker just hasn’t taken off as much as we’d like, so we haven’t put much time into it of late—but I’ll ask Will about it and maybe we can add this functionality.
