Is anyone else having issues downloading files like the query tool for strokes gained? Works on laptop for me but when using iPhone starting this week, I can click download then download/open but then nothing happens. Just started on Saturday or Sunday. I have tried it on chrome and private browsing on my phone with no luck. I can download files from other sites but no luck here now. Trying to figure out if it’s a just my phone with data golf issues.

Same issue here. Have tried multiple settings changes and different browsers but none fix it.

Also, out of interest, what is the use case? Why would you want to download a file onto your phone?
I think the issue is resolved. Let us know if you’re still having issues, but it is working for me on iphone safari now.

It worked fine for a few months stretch before the recent issue I mentioned. Just tested and it’s working again on my end. Thanks to you both for helping resolve that.
On use case, a lot of my time prepping for tournaments happens away from my personal laptop, which I don’t use all that much in general. So throughout the week away from home, I’ll download the query tool and skill exports for last 30 days, 3 months, and 6 months or year on my phone and compile them into one workbook. This helps me identify players who are recently putting or ball striking above or below their normal baseline easier than flipping through the various pages on the site.
The phone is less friendly than a laptop for this, but is better than having to wait until I’m at a computer. Appreciate the help on this again!
