did there used to be a toggle that you could do with ties or without? I’m probably crazy, but anyhow is there a way to get the DG odds including ties on finishing position props?
FanDuel and DK have made those more prominent than in the past and FD’s promo actually is only valid to including ties, not the dead heat options.
(I thought this has been talked about here before, but I did a search and it was unsuccessful!).

Yes! There is a dead-heat toggle on the pga tour predictions page (or in the corresponding API endpoint).
