Did anyone else get their wagers clawed back from Bet MGM for RBC? I placed Round 2 matchup bets that they claim were made after the event started. They said their Round 1 wagers were left open.
I placed 3 bets (all wins of course) at around 7:45 PM EST for Round 2 Matchups. They claim those bets were made on Round 1.
Anyone experience that this week or previously?
Too severely limited to place anything on MGM worthwhile, but surely the bets would be labeled with either Round 1 or Round 2 right?
The bets are labeled as Round 1 looking at them in my account now. They were placed after the conclusion of Round 1 so it seems to be some system glitch on their end. They were placed after the first drop of Round 2 Matchup Odds by DG.
More curious if people have encountered this in the past or if losing bets placed in this timeframe were also voided! haha
They ‘‘cancelled’’ my Chris Kirk R2 matchup bet …think it was against Cam Young.
I think the message I got was something like their offering was an error or something like that.
I just file those in the ‘‘shit happens’’ drawer.
Yep that was one of my 3. Berger, Ryo, and Kirk were all cancelled
