In an old blog post it was 0.06 minimum.
The further the odds are out though you might want more meat on the bone for the sake of variance and ever actually realizing your EV. e.g. Win EV +0.06 at 200/1 is not going to be a great bet, however on 2/1 its quite favorable.
Something to take into account is the EV cannot ever be 100% accurate so always size down your bets accordingly.
