Would it be possible to be able to use your custom model for in-play?

At the moment not really. You can use the subtours page to do some stuff, like simulating 3 rounds if we are through R1 (I believe @DanielSong39 does this for some of the minor tours). But we don’t update that page after the tournament starts, so you have to use pre-tournament skill levels.
