Hey, I could be way off but just wanted to see if the course fit tool is correct for the Rocket Mortgage. I didn’t expect to see Lingmerth as a highly ranked SG adjustment but he’s up there. Anyone else seeing this too?
I agree, something seems off here. The best players have the largest negative adjustments and the lowest baseline players have the largest positive adjustments.
Yes, that’s because this course appears to have slightly under-emphasized most skills in the past. This means that the skill distribution narrows: good players get a negative adjustment, bad players get a positive one.
I think we write about this kind of thing in the course fit FAQ, but also in this blog post.
