I think Dunlap’s true distance/accuracy is reflected in his 2024 numbers which were +9 yards and -6%. Not great, but good enough to be near zero SG OTT. The prior years were based on single events each season. I think the distance has dropped simply because he can’t make a confident swing off-the-tee right now and also is clubbing down a lot. I would expect it to mostly come back if he ever fixes the yips off the tee. Probably a good thing for him to spend a year or two finding it on the KFT.
I would be interested in seeing how Puig and Ballester develop playing a full-time schedule on a normal tour. Surratt interests me less, just feels like he doesn’t have the same upside.

Dunlap triple on the first after going OB OTT followed by fighting back to -4 is very on brand. Good to see he actually gained OTT for the next 17 holes.
Yeah, just so hard to play consistently well with 2-shot penalty potential on most tee shots. But he’s definitely trending in the right direction.

The inverse Dunlap, OTT very impressive all year but always one other area a mess. Felt like he was never far off putting it all together.
